Hi, I'm Sofia and I am the founder of Simon Says Granola! Simon is the little orange guy in the photo with me :)

I am a New Jersey native with Ukrainian roots, who turned her love of baking and connecting with people into something worth sharing. Inspired by my orange kitten, Simon, each batch is made to bring people together, one bite at a time.
